An Unexpected Visitor ((Aidan Oran))

Lord Doviculus was sparring with one of his Hell Knights. The Demon Warlord was enjoying it, as well. The Hell Knight would try his best, but all that heavy armor slowed him down. And the Baron was unencumbered by such armor, wearing only his robes belted around his waist. Lil Verve Vress'le flew with unholy speed and precision, and found the weakness in the Hell Knight's armor: In the conjecture between the chin and the chestplate, the neck remains unprotected. Stabbing the weapon into this weakness, Lord Doviculus then lifted the Hell Knight and, with a flick of his wrist, snapped the creature's neck. He then threw the body away with no apparent effort at all towards the entrance, where there was a clamor disrupting his concentration. Gripping his weapon in his hand, he walked to the gate, only for it to open of it's own accord. The Keeper of the Heavens himself, Aidan Oran, was walking towards him, Doviculus' pitiful attempts at guards really doing nothing more than huddling around him saying that he shouldn't be here in fearful whispers. Pfah. "Note to self. Fire those guards when this is over." Doviculus muttered to himself. Eternal twerking might teach them to do their jobs better. He then spoke aloud. "Lord Aidan. To what or whom do I owe the displeasure of your company? Please, tell me, so that I may crush them." He truly was curious what would make the leader of the Angelic Forces visit Doviculus in his own home without the legendary sword on his back so much as drawn. Yes. I'll need to fire all my guards, apparently...

Aidan sat on his throne, sipping a glass of wine. One of his Angels burst through the doors screaming. "Lord Aidan, there are demons! Demons are approaching the Gate!" the Angel said, sounding distressed. "Now, you said there are demons here?" he asked. "Yes, demons. From Hell!" the Angel yelled. "Get the defense squad ready. Gather all of the Legends, and Angels. Tell the Angels to be ready at the Gate. Tell the Legends to fly above and circle it. Use force if needed." he told him. "But, Lord Aidan, what are you going to do?" the Angel asked. "Me?" he asked. "I'm going to Hell." he said, putting on his helmet, grabbing his sword, his wings slowly protruding from his back. He ran out of the door, slashing and hacking at Demons. He reached the Gate, and jumped off of the Cloud that upheld Heaven, and plummeted into Hell. His wings finally protracted and he went into a full-on glide down into the Forbidden Kingdom. He arrived at the gates and swiftly took out his guards, not killing them, of course. "Lord Doviculus, would you mind telling me why Heaven was flooded by thousands of your Demons? I had to set up an entire defensive line just to protect our borders! Why are you doing this?" he asked. "And, um... You're gonna need better staff if you're gonna keep me out of Hell next time." he said, pointing towards the writhing bodies of his foes.

"Indeed" Doviculus pointed to the guards. "Gaurds. My last command for you is to escort yourselves to the fields of punishment! You're all fired! Every worthless one of you! I can understand the Angel getting past you, but to not alert me to it?!? Begone!" Shamed, the guards removed themselves. They feared the angel, and they feared the pits, but they feared Doviculus more. "Now. What was that you were saying? Demons? In Heaven? This truely is an oddity. I know that you will not take this at face value, but what if I was to tell you they were not there on my command?" He stabbed his weapon into the floor, and walked toward the Angel, his hands folded behind his back in a gesture of trust. "Your distrust is not only expected, it is in fact, welcomed. A hundred demons, maybe more, are pounding at your front door. Naturally you would suspect an action of treachery on my part. I would have done the same if angels were banging on my doors, too. What I cannot comprehend, however..." Doviculus walked away, pacing his throne room, still slick in places with the latest Hell Knight's blood. "Who is directing these attacks, if not me? Who dares to usurp my authority, and in my own kingdom! This is a matter that bears deserving of my personal attention, but if you wish, I shall send a legion to assist your angels, with myself at the head of the troops. It will be a gesture of faith, and further proof that I do not wish the treaties broken before their appointed times." He then made a gesture. "General! Ready the strike force! Let the standard bearers carry our flag! We have a battle before us!" Doviculus' chest opened, and the Hydra came out, and he checked the tuning. "Good. It's ready."

Also, I would relish this oppurtunity to visit the white City.

Aidan raised an eyebrow at the thought of Doviculus coming into his territory. Heaven needs help. There's no other choice. he thought and told himself. "I can't believe I'm doing this... Doviculus, do what needs to be done. I'm welcoming you into our kingdom." he told him. He took the Blade of Screams off of his back, wings shooting out of his back once again. "Do you need help getting to Heaven? I could carry you, if you want."

"With all due respect, your Holiness," Doviculus' own wings sprang from his back as he gripped his staff in his hands, his voice getting an edge. "I wasn't asking your permission!" Taking to the skies, a few of his minions flying alongside of him, others born by flying chariots of hellfire. "Insubordination will NOT be tolerated by my subjects! The penalty for treachery is death! Death for all of them! Eternal Twerking is too good for them! Let them face me, and remember why I am the most feared warrior in all of Hell!"
